The Cedar Rapids Community School District has been updating our long-range facilities plan.

In 2024, the District established the Bond Task Force Committee (made up of elected city officials, community members, local business representatives, parents, and staff). This committee reviewed our facility needs and prioritized potential projects based on the feedback gathered on last year’s community survey.
