Planning and design meetings are taking place for a new elementary school located on the site of Hoover Community School. Shive Hattery and Ma+ Architects are designing this new elementary school. Plans call for the school to hold 600 students, with four classes at each grade level, in the K-5 building. This new elementary school is set to open in August 2027. This construction project is being funded by SAVE funding and is not part of the bond proposal.
